We have been approached in the past, and recently regarding certain scripts we run on this website, by people requesting "copies" of our commercial scripts. Any scripts used on this website are purchased from the original developers, we do not encourage 'piracy' of any kind of material.

If anyone makes any reference to this in the future, we will pass your full details on to the relevant developer and we will ban you permanently from this website.

Scripts/products that we purchase are either commercial or we hold the full copyright for usage, this does not mean we will redistribute them in anyway. We do approach authors of scripts that we find of interest and will usually ask if we can purchase the full rights for its use, this is strictly via email only.

Like all developers, we do not 'give' away any scripts unless we have stated otherwise. We have quite a large download section and many packages are free to download, a minority are commercial. Developing products takes a lot of time, and in many cases fixing issues before releasing them for download - when we offer products on a commerical basis, this is normally because the product took much longer to develop than we expected. The revenue mostly goes back into the website, either in hosting, SSL certificates, domain purchases, or further scripts to increase our resources available.

Anyone that we feel has violated the aforementioned have just been 'banned'. Please be sensible and refrain from making such requests to us.
