We have also modified the header and footer, these will be streamlined through the whole site and not just certain pages. Our Facebook canvas will also be tied in to IP.Board, Downloads and Members Gallery (submitted artwork will be subject to approval before it is shown on Facebook, so we comply with their TOU. Our Contact form is available directly without the need for registration and uses an external mail server not associated with the site, this was done to keep spam to a minimum and does not show our email address at any time.
You will notice we have 2 grey areas under the header section, these are for our dual-banner ad rotators so we can display more ads in less time. We do not believe in throwing adverts all over the website, so these will be the only advertising areas available which are 'site-wide'. Footer text links we use are for directory listings only and are part of our backlink creating system.
The skin used is the Executive from Final Prestige, however it is highly modified and does not use the standard navigation. Further changes have been made to images and coding along with additional CSS. Some additional CSS has been added for use with IP.Content, this was required for some additional functionality that we have added. IP.Nexus will also be customized as time progresses.
A lot of work has gone in to IP.Content, with much more planned to incorporate a lot of documentation and video tutorials, these will range from setting up IP.Board and streamlining it to server-side setups. We guarantee some of the tutorials that will be appearing will not be available anywhere else, so it would be wise to bookmark us today, if you are interested in these areas. Accompanied with downloadable documents you will get a better understanding of how servers work, SEO techniques and much more.
Our aim to provide a website that not only deals with design aspects but technical issues as well.
We should be all updated within a few weeks, if we do not hit any other issues. Some modifications that we use on here will be removed since we have now recoded many of them ourselves, so we would not have to wait until versions were updated to IPB 3.2.x.
