We have been making numerous changes to our forums and download areas. These have been added specifically for IPB Modifications which will be available very soon. Our Download Discussion forum now has its own sub-forum for announcing new modification releases as well as support for them. We have added a new directory structure for our IPB Modification downloads, these will also be linked to online userguides in our Tutorial Section.

From previous experience with modifications and downloads, people tend to ask FAQ's, therefore we can quickly update this online rather than adding it to download packages. Userguides will have fully indexed areas whereby you can easily find the information you require.

Please do not private message us regarding any issues you encounter, we will answer all support issues on our dedicated forums - unless we require personal details, then you will be asked to submit a Support Ticket which is far more secure than using private messaging.

Each modification is fully tested on default IPB 3 skins, you may see we have added certain modifications too our own IP.Board, but these have been custom designed to work with our skin and domain - we use different file system setups for all public released modifications. They still function in most cases the same way unless stated otherwise in the Download Area.

All modifications released by us do not in anyway involve major core file changes, we supply you with all customized files that add functionality to your forum which you can safely remove in the modification in the future without breaking databases, etc.

A quick note: We have a category in our download section that is named 'IPB 3 Modifications (XML based) - this means the modification itself is fully driven by an XML file configuration. We allow XML based modifications to changed to PHP driven XML based, however to do this does require that we modify files to functions which will incur a small charge for recompling from our source files. We do not release Flash based source files, these can very large and may include changing additional ActionScript files to recompile.

If you have any questions regarding any of this post please feel free to ask us,
